Payments and Refunds

For refunds, please contact customer support within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Xiyou Accelerator is committed to providing 99.95% service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Xiyou Accelerator is not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure. We will strive to notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance windows.
